Last Updated: October 1, 2026

1. Overview

WorshipMetrics is provided by L&P Inventions, LLC to help churches and ministry teams manage attendance, service planning, digital signage, livestreaming, and A/V production, along with related reporting and ministry workflows across the cloud app and the desktop Tech Manager. By using the service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Appropriate Use

You agree to use WorshipMetrics only for lawful church, ministry, and organizational purposes. You are responsible for the content you upload, the data you collect, the A/V equipment you connect, the streams you broadcast, and the permissions you give your team. You must have the right to broadcast and record the content you stream, and to monitor the equipment and spaces you connect.

3. Accounts and Data

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for protecting the member, visitor, and ministry data entered into the platform. You should only collect and store information you are authorized to manage.

4. Availability

We work to keep WorshipMetrics available and reliable, but the service is provided on an as-available basis. Features may change over time, and temporary interruptions can occur during updates, maintenance, or third-party outages.

5. Third-Party Services

Some features rely on third-party providers such as Clerk (accounts), Stripe (billing), YouTube and Facebook (streaming), Planning Center, AI providers, and hosting platforms. Their availability and policies may affect how those features work.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, WorshipMetrics and L&P Inventions, LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised terms.
